What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive health assessment where we discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals. This is followed by your first treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. However, if you have a referral from your GP or specialist, please bring it to your appointment.
Is acupuncture covered by ACC?
Yes, we are an ACC registered provider. If your condition is the result of an injury, you may be eligible for ACC coverage. Please bring your ACC claim number if you have one.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arms and legs. We provide towels and blankets for your comfort and privacy during treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
This varies depending on your condition and health goals. During your initial consultation, we'll discuss a recommended treatment plan. Many patients notice improvements within 3-6 sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

Payment Methods
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Health fund claims can be processed on the spot with HICAPS.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other patients. The full fee will still apply.
